In the heart of the Yantai Economic and Technological Development Zone, we have reached a significant milestone in our history. On June 9, as the first truck loaded with 584 shared pallets smoothly rolled out of the warehouse, our Yantai Super Factory officially began production. This marks our third Super Factory in operation after Zhanjiang and Taixing, while construction of additional facilities in Shanghai and Fuqing is well underway. 

01 Based on the Super Factory System 

Activating New Local Quality Productive Forces 

We are committed to building a modern, smart factory with networked production equipment, visualized production data, transparent production processes, and traceable materials. The Yantai factory spans approximately 21,600 square meters. The initial phase is equipped with two injection molding machines, and once fully completed, it will expand to include four pallet production lines, two material washing lines, granulation modification lines, and two pallet cleaning lines. The facility is expected to produce 600,000 recyclable shared pallets and recycled pallets annually, as well as 30,000 tons of high-performance recycled plastics. 

As a crucial part of our industrial strategy, Super Factories play a pivotal role in shared packaging production, recycling, and the R&D and production of renewable materials. 

Establishing this Super Factory in Yantai exemplifies our unwavering commitment to sustainable development. Through building a green circular economy system, we strive to advance green industrial transformation while unlocking new local productivity.

Driven by our commitment to green development and innovation, we have gained the trust and support of over 100,000 customers across the industry supply chain. The launch of our Yantai Super Factory is a testament to our ability to deeply understand customer needs and provide tailored, personalized solutions. 

Yantai Super Factory Production Line 

Guided by national policies such as the “Internet +” Green Ecology Three-Year Action Plan, we have forged strong partnerships with key players, leveraging our strengths to promote the convergence of resource recycling and digital innovation. 

The Yantai factory’s opening marks a strategic collaboration with Wanhua Chemical, focusing on advancing green shared packaging solutions and supporting our customers in their journey toward a more sustainable future. 

In terms of geographical location, the Yantai Factory offers convenient and efficient services for key customers such as Wanhua Chemical Group Co., Ltd., truly achieving “one kilometer” coverage in shared packaging logistics supply. 

From a circular operations perspective, we have collaborated with our partners to build a shared network and operational system for reusable packaging materials, including regional pallets and turnover boxes, which has increased the efficiency of chemical transportation. With the traceability data management of recycled plastic pallets, we have established a closed-loop model from waste plastic recovery to the production of new recycled products. 

Regarding low-carbon development, the establishment of the green recycling factory aligns with the “zero waste group” initiative of leading enterprises like Wanhua Chemical, setting an example that offers a replicable and scalable model for green, low-carbon, and high-quality development. 

In fact, as early as 2022, we joined hands with Wanhua Chemical to develop recycled plastic pallets from waste chemical packaging. These pallets incorporate Internet-driven applications, superior performance, low-carbon and eco-friendly benefits, as well as cost-efficiency. Made entirely from 100% recycled plastic, these pallets have the potential to replace 2 million solid wood pallets each year. 

In the future, providing higher-quality, more eco-friendly, and cost-effective logistics solutions will remain our ultimate goal. Guided by this commitment, we will continue to optimize our supply chain, enhance service capabilities, and increase operational efficiency. Together with partners, we aim to drive the green transformation and sustainable development of the industry, contributing to a path of zero-waste development. 

The commissioning of the Yantai Factory has notably boosted the quality of our shared pallets and significantly strengthened our supply assurance in North China. This milestone has deep implications for expanding our pallet pool, optimizing the operational network layout, and furthering our ability to deliver outstanding service to our customers.
